Why are your chocolate bars unevenly sized?

To us, it doesn't make sense for a chocolate bar to be divided into equal squares when the profits in the chocolate industry aren't shared equally. Our uneven bars are a tasty way to remind our fans that the industry is still unfairly divided.

How do you ensure your chocolate is 100% slave-free?

We follow five sourcing principles: using 100% traceable beans, paying a higher price, strengthening farmer cooperatives, engaging in long-term commitments, and focusing on quality and productivity. We work directly with farmers to eliminate forced labor and child labor.

What is your shipping policy for warm weather?

To prevent your chocolate from melting, we use insulated packaging and cold packs during summer months. We also monitor regional temperatures and may delay shipping if a heatwave is expected to ensure your bars arrive in perfect condition.

Are Tony's Chocolonely bars suitable for vegans?

Our dark chocolate bars (70% and 51%) are made with vegan-friendly ingredients. However, please check the specific packaging for each flavor, as all our bars are produced in a factory that also processes milk and nuts.

Can I track my chocolate delivery?

Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your chocolate's journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We want you to enjoy every bite. If your bars arrive broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with a photo of the package, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
